Abstract

Artistic elements (texture, color and form) represent the main carriers of artistic expression and communication tools that can be used to express deeper attitudes, ideas and emotions. At the core of this research work is the synthesis of the aforementioned artistic elements and unconventional sculptural media.
The cycle of author's sculptures is created through a process of experimental research with wool as the main material due to its distinct texture. Texture is a key component of tactile art, and through different surface qualities it is possible to communicate emotions and dynamics in ways that exceed the limits of visual perception. It can be said that tactile art in the world of modern art adds a dimension of physical sensation, thereby enriching the viewer's interaction with the work of art and enabling a deeper and more personal experience of art.
